CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Susie Bradshaw
Susie brings a dynamic blend of entrepreneurial drive and leadership expertise to her role as CEO. With a background in owning and managing an award-winning business, Susie has been a key member of the senior leadership team for several years. Known for her people-focused approach, Susie's appointment as CEO in January 2025 marks an exciting new chapter for the Group as she leads its continued growth, and commitment to sustainability and innovation across its portfolio of companies.
CHAIRMAN
Rodney Baker-Bates
Rodney has had a long prosperous career in the Financial Industry. His current portfolio of Chairmanships comprises of; Willis Towers Watston Ltd, Ridgeons Group Ltd and Shropshire Group Holding. Since beginning his career with Glyn Mills and Company (now incorporated within the Royal Bank of Scotland) in 1966, Rodney has held several Chairmanships for various organisations including Stobart Group, Midland Bank and Coral.
NON-EXECUTIVE OFFICER
John Lloyd
John is a highly experienced business leader with over three decades of expertise in financial services, risk management and strategic leadership across global markets.Prior to his role as a Non-Executive Director, John was Interim Managing Director for the Group.He also chairs Juggle Energy Ltd and is the founder of &Lloyd, a consultancy focused on mentoring and advising businesses on governance, risk and performance.
GROUP FINANCIAL CONTROLLER
Stefan Perrin
A Chartered Certified Accountant, Stefan earned his ACCA qualification in January 2019. Since returning to the Group in 2024, he has played a key role in enhancing financial processes and supporting the Group's growth.
An accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in financial management, auditing and business operations, Stefan oversees the Group's financial reporting, compliance and strategic financial planning.
HEAD OF TREASURY
Clare Dance
Clare is a highly experienced finance professional who has been a vital part of the Group for over nine years. Clare plays a key role in managing the Group's financial operations, ensuring efficient cash flow management and overseeing all purchase ledger processes. Since joining the Group in 2015, Clare has been instrumental in driving improvements across financial systems and processes.
FINANCE DIRECTOR
Alice Hawkes
Alice brings extensive financial expertise and leadership experience to her role as Financial Director. A former Director at Deloitte UK, Alice spent over 16 years advising businesses across various sectors, including agriculture, food production and family enterprises. With her strategic insight and financial acumen, Alice plays a critical role in managing the Group's financial strategy. She is instrumental in driving the Group's sustainable growth and improving operational efficiencies.

It is with deep sadness that we honour the life and legacy of Stuart, the visionary founder of Push Investment Group.
A qualified Chartered Accountant with an extraordinary entrepreneurial spirit, Stuart built a remarkable investment portfolio. His pioneering approach to business development, leveraging cutting-edge technology and innovative solutions, has left an indelible mark on the industry.
Beyond his professional achievements, Stuart was deeply committed to fostering high-performance teams, empowering individuals to achieve their fullest potential. His passion, leadership, and unwavering dedication will continue to inspire all those who had the privilege to work alongside him. He will be greatly missed.
